Aleta

My name is Aleta Hall. I grew up in West Michigan and was saved when I was five years old. Then, I moved to Upstate New York when I was a teenager. God called me to work with children while at Word of Life Bible Institute. After a two-year cross-cultural internship in Guatemala, I moved back to Michigan and began to work with an organization called RBM Ministries, previously known as Rural Bible Mission. RBM has two main ministries: Released-Time Bible Classes (RTBC) and Vacation Bible School (VBS). Released-Time Bible Classes take place during the school year. Once a month, public school children can go to a Bible class for an hour during the school day. RBM has special permission slips that we bring to the schools to give to children. The children then can take these home and have them signed by a parent or guardian then bring them back to the school. Those with the signed permission slips can go to the Bible class, which usually occurs at a local church. During the summer months, I plan and teach Vacation Bible Schools. Usually, these last five days with two Bible stories per day and they take place at a local church. I have been in this ministry since April 2016 and I have loved growing and learning how to better reach these kids.
Since the pandemic hit, I have started recording Bible Lessons so that kids could still watch online. If you are interested, please check out the website: https://www.rbmkids.org/videos.html or the youTube playlist with all my lessons: Aleta Hall – RBM Ministries .
